Due to our continuing expansion we now require a Project Manager to provide expertise on multi-disciplinary Oil & Gas projects. Working in a multidisciplinary team of Engineers providing a professional design service to our clients, this is a great opportunity for Engineers to gain additional and more technical exposure within an internationally renowned consultant.

To fill up our current opening, we are inviting suitable candidates to work on large scale multidisciplinary projects.



  • B Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University with minimum of 20+ years relevant work experience at senior project management level.
  • Age not more than 60 years.
  • A Degree in Business Administration or Project / Program Management would be an added qualification.
  • Requires demonstrated ability to manage Oil Terminal & Jetty Construction Project internationally and has previously served in a similar position with extensive experience in providing project management services to Oil / Gas companies with performance accountability.
  • Need to work in Sharjah at the site office for about 24 months or till the project complete.
  • Middle East experience in a similar project would be an added advantage.
  • Site work 60 hours / week (10 hrs/day – 6 days a week) and hence Project Manager also required to follow the same schedule.


  • Monitors project performance and progress and proposes corrective action when necessary.
  • Reviews and evaluates EPC contractor’s progress calculations and reports project progress to client representative.
  • Provides Coordination and services between Company and PMC Coordinators, review of all concession and deviation requests from EPC Contractor and other parties and makes appropriate recommendations to the PMT.
  • Ensures that the PMC adequately monitors EPC Contractor’s Performance, quality and safety and that the work is in full compliance within the scope of the EPC contract.
  • Reviews EPC Contractor’s performance for any deviation or inconsistency and proposes remedial action.
  • Ensures that the PMC and all other parties associated with the Project are fully updated of the current project scope of work, and are maintaining the scope throughout all actions.
  • Reviews and provides comments to the Company Representative on all Project Control. Provides advice and recommendation on any cost and schedule matters with respect to the project.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly/extraordinary review meetings.
  • Prepares project control reports as directed by Company Representative
