The Role:

There are several client procured packages which shall be managed outside the main the contract. Project Manager shall form part of the seven person site team and be responsible for the finishes and fit out packages.

The candidate shall carry out coordination between the clients heads of departments, the hospital operator, main designer from the USA, specialist designers in the Middle East, main construction contractor, specialist fit out contractors and vendors of FFE.

The successful candidate will have a career with F+G and shall be transferred to another project once this hospital completes. We have a strong pipeline of future work.

The Project:

Ground breaking design from the USA overseen by an international Hospital Operator.  This hospital will be the premier facility in Middle East raising the standard for healthcare.

100 bed VIP Hospital in Riyadh, KSA. In excess of 100,000m2 over six floors with two levels of basement parking. The project is under construction by an international contractor, 70% complete and is in the fit out phase.

As a result of work secured in this market to date, together with notable emerging prospects across the region spanning the engineering spectrum, there is now a need to provide permanent leadership of the KSA business development team based in Kingdom, to develop and grow market revenues and the pipeline of opportunities.


Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a construction related discipline
  • 5 years post qualification experience in Project Management
  • Experience as a Junior PM/PM on high end fit out projects
  • Project management experience to include taking a project to final completion and handover.
  • Contractor or Consultant background
  • Client facing skills
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
