Job Scope:

All candidates must demonstrate a strong track record in the project management delivery of CRE projects and must be fully fluent in both spoken and written English.
Candidates for the senior position should have previous experience in winning and delivering exceptional projects for local and international clients, be self-motivated and have the flair and tenacity to grow our CRE business in Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to our Regional Director.

Skills/Education/Attributes:

Must have at least 8-15 years’ total work experience in the construction industry
Must have at least 10 years’ project management experience in corporate real estate and/or data centres of which at least 3 years in Malaysia.
Must have previous consultancy experience
Must have a construction industry related, preferably engineering, degree
Must have excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to connect with local and international clients, consultants and contractors at all levels
Must have a track record of building/growing a team and winning work
Must be fluent in verbal and written English
PMP, MAPM, Prince 2 or similar qualification is an advantage.
Postgraduate qualification in a business/management related discipline is an advantage
Candidates with high level of experience may be considered for the post of Senior Project Manager.These are permanent roles with attractive packages for the right candidates.
