Our projects range in value from £1m to £20m+ and are with a variety of high profile blue chip clients giving our Project Managers a diverse and exciting workload.

Ideally you will have worked within a construction consultancy, project management team but you may have a background in quantity surveying or building surveying and looking to move into the project management field. If you think you meet the requirements below, please apply today.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality project and programme management standards;
- Advise your client at any time on the project cost, programme, risks and issues;
- Take a lead role in a multi-disciplinary professional team, mentoring some of the more junior members of the PM Team;
- Lead communications and relationships with your client and their stakeholders
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
- Implement effective and efficient communication tools
Requirements:
•Experience working within a construction consultancy project management team
•Experience in the adoption and management best practice Project Management techniques
•A professional qualification such as AMP or RICS
•Experience in managing the successful delivery of required business benefits to a client and managing client expectations.
•The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle
