Our portfolio comprises a broad range of project types, including hospitality, office, commercial, transport, residential, retail and regeneration and civic projects. Ranging from small heritage buildings to massive complex mixed-use projects and large scale master plans.
Project Manager will work within a multi-disciplinary team to lead and/or complete a variety of tasks associated with ATKINS’s green building and building energy efficiency consulting business. Specific job responsibilities are given below:
Lead and complete service lines such as LEED, CGBL, CxA, Energy Audit, etc in the region, which include schedule development, project coordination, etc;
Being familiar with Green Building related technologies, LEED and CGBL rating systems, and related technical areas; being capable to lead LEED Design Workshop with technical staff’s support.
Prepare time budget for each project and track budget hours of each ATKINS staff billing to project and maintain project on budget; provide monthly “ATKINS Technical Support” Report to client and have discussions with client as needed to keep project within hour budget in this category.
Make sure all work is done efficiently, within the time budget
Serve as primary contact person to client during all phases of project work
Work with ATKINS planners, architects, and engineers to identify and provide sustainable development recommendations and all services within the SOW
Prepare professional presentations and deliverables for prospects and clients as needed
Monitor existing SOW and subcontracts to ensure compliance with contract terms; negotiating and writing amendments as needed; ensuring the protection of knowledge proprietary rights; satisfying the reasonable requests from the client
Work with team to insure clients are invoiced promptly for work completed, and follow up with clients as needed to facilitate prompt payments
Bind project management experience and develop management tools to raise up efficiency
Performing other job-related duties as required

Major in Architecture, HVAC or Civil Engineering or other fields of study related to the building industry;
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in green building consulting firm, M&E design consulting firms, design institutes or other building industries;
Excellent communication skills;
Good spoken and written skills in English;
Good team player
