Public Relations Officer (UAE National)

The Public Relations Officer is responsible for supporting the business with maintaining good relationships and resolving issues with various government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ministries of Labour and Interior

• Submit applications over the counter
• Resolve issues such as system blocks, or labour cases

• Abu Dhabi Pension Fund

• Submit new registrations
• Resolve issues that may come up including payments not registering on the system, rejected payments

• Security Passes from Critical National Infra Structure Authority, Diwan Ameri, Airport etc

• Submit new and renewal applications for various passes at the requisite customer service offices

• Provide Cover for other PROs on leave

• Submit various applications at immigration
• Support trade licence maintenance with various entities

• The right candidate for this job will be a proactive problem solver who is able to resolve to issues in a timely manner. 
• He or she should have good relationships with government entities and work well both independently and as part of a team. 
• The PRO will be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 times per week in addition to his or her duties outside
