Due to recent successes across the South-East and on frameworks nationally we are looking for exceptional Quantity Surveyors at all levels to join our highly successful team in Tunbridge Wells. Our projects range in value up to £50m+ and include a good mix of new build and extensions/refurbishments of education facilities and public assets including leisure centres, care facilities, and residential and commercial developments. We are ideally looking for people who have quantity surveying experience on these types of projects and can lead on delivery throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Examples of current projects we are working include:

• An £85 mixed used urban regeneration scheme in Brighton. 
• A residential programme in Croydon delivering over 30 mixed-tenure schemes each ranging between £1m and £30m.
• Grade II listed leisure centre and outdoor pools within the London Boroughs
• A new £20m Leisure Centre in Dover
• New £20m Secondary School in greater London
• Three hospice projects ranging from £15m to £20m in Essex, Kent and West Sussex

We are looking for a collaborative and sharp minded quantity surveyor who can:

• Lead and provide effective delivery of Quantity Surveying services across a range of project types 
• Either lead or support other team members on complex multi-faceted projects

To join us you’ll ideally need:

• A relevant construction qualification and/or working towards professional membership of recognised institutions ie. CIOB or RICS
• Experience of both pre-and post-contract quantity surveying responsibilities, and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients
• Experience within one or more sectors including Education, Commercial, Residential, Heritage, and Care
• The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle 
• A good knowledge of current construction contracts such as NEC and JCT
• An understanding of current construction tools and initiatives such as BIM and Project soft-landings
• Strong IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word and Outlook. Experience of cost measurement software (e.g. CostX) would be preferred.
• Driving Licence
