Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Part Time Receptionist in Atlanta, GA.
Job Description
Greets visitors to office and directs them to appropriate individual; answers incoming calls on telephone console.
Handles security clearance for employees and visitors.
Work generally involves relatively simple but varied tasks, usually at a front office location.
Responsible for providing a courteous and pleasant greeting to clients and visitors to reflect the firm's high standards and professionalism.
Also in this position, employee will be responsible for ordering supplies for the office, break room, etc.
Keep up with inventory and organize it as needed. Incumbent will assist Office Leader with special projects.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent); related administrative courses or training preferred.
One-year related experience is required; experience in a position involving public contact and telephone responsibilities preferred.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
Must have good command of the English language.
Ability to perform in a professional courteous manner and remain friendly while under pressure.
