Recruiter

Responsibilities:
 
  • Report to Recruitment Manager, responsible for full cycle of recruitment and selection process and its related duties:, drafting job advertisement, job posting, direct sourcing, screening applications, arranging & conducting interview etc;
  • Co-ordinate and support graduate recruitment program;
  • Monitor budgeted headcount and prepare regular recruitment related reports to management;
  • Work closely with HRBP and Recruitment Manager to understand the recruitment needs of different BUs;
  • Conduct Salary benchmark for successful candidates;
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties/ project as assigned.
 
Requirements
 
  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Min. of 4 years' solid experience in recruitment in MNC or sizable organization;
  • Previous experience in an agency environment is a plus
  • Familiar with China Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
  • Proactive, independent, and detail minded
  • Well-organized, with strong communication ability and inter-personal skills;
  • Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule;
  • Self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Mandarin is a must
