Recruitment Manager - Hong Kong

Our skills include the expansive area of Architecture and Interior Design for which we are looking for candidates to join our design studios who are excited about working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
 
Our portfolio comprises a broad range of project types, including hospitality, office, commercial, transport, residential, retail and regeneration and civic projects. Ranging from small heritage buildings to massive complex mixed-use projects and large scale master plans.


Responsibilities:
 
· Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment and selection process and its related duties: job posting, drafting job advertisement, screening applications, arranging & conducting interview etc
· Co-ordinate and support graduate and Internship recruitment program
· Liaise with business unit heads to identify the hiring needs
· Plan, develop and maintain talent pool
· Manage effectiveness of recruitment tools such as recruitment services agencies, websites and social media platforms
· Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned within HR
· Should have a good understanding of the local hong kong / mainland china market both in salary structure and talent availability
· Work Collaboratively with the offshoring sourcing teams and do knowledge transfer as appropriate
· Provide necessary support and manage stake holders
Analyse staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and processes
· Maintain reports and analysis pertaining to recruitment

Requirements:
 

Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

Min. of 10 years' relevant experience across all HR functions in sizeable international organization, with at least 4 years solid experience in recruitment;
· Experience in engineering consultancy / construction industry is preferred;
· Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
· Independent, well-organized, with strong communication ability and inter-personal skills;
· Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule;
· Self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure;
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; spoken cantonese / mandarin is an advantage;
· Immediate available is preferred.
· Should have hands on experience working on Taleo or Workday software
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Should have Experience in Consulting Industry
 
Desired Skills and Experience
 
Preferred with Head Hunting and Executive Search experience
Good skills in Excel / Power Point presentations / MS Word
Experience in interacting with Senior stake holders
working with regional counterparts for sourcing and other recruitment support.
