Regional Director- Quantity Surveying

We are looking to recruit a Regional Director for a project delivery role primarily in the higher education, residential sector and/or residential led mixed use projects with focus on Cambridge and the Eastern Region.

Reporting to a Director and fellow Regional Director, the role will focus on major project delivery in the higher education, residential and other relevant sectors.

Ideal Background

• Expressly, an appropriate amount of high quality experience
  required in the higher education and residential sectors, having
  worked on all aspects of quantity surveying/cost management in
  these sectors
• Familiarity with all aspects of complex major projects
• Client facing and main client lead on projects
• Hands on senior deliverer • Experienced in client, consultant &
contractor facing roles and working as a member of a busy team.
• Used to working to tight and ever-changing deadlines
• Understanding of Cambridge and Eastern Region market and
  experience with clients, consultants and contractors operating in
  that market would be considered advantageous
• Productive supervision of support team including adequate
  planning, monitoring and control, guidance, care and mentoring of
  supporting staff
• Internal commercial management of projects
• Professionally Qualified

Additional responsibilities will also include:

• Develop client relationships and support the growth of the
Cambridge/Eastern Region team by seeking opportunities with
new clients •
• Participating in bids & proposals for wining future work
