Due to business growth we are looking for an exceptional Regional Director (Cost Consultancy) with strong and proven infrastructure experience, notably for Rail projects, to take a lead position in our LSE Infrastructure team. The individual will play a key role in supporting the growth of our team through delivering and winning work with existing clients, including a major Rail client, and growing our portfolio.

Based in our London office and reporting to the responsible Director you will contribute to and drive the business plan for the team. Ideally you will have a background in either Quantity Surveying or Project Controls.

You will be expected to:

• Manage project accounts in excess of £2m per annum
• Manage and plan resources
• Drive business development activity including inter-action with other offices in the region and the wider SNC Lavalin business.
• Recruit and retain talent
• Contribute towards a professional and positive working environment.

You will be specifically responsible for the delivery of major commissions and support the Director in recruiting high calibre individuals that will deliver excellence to our clients. You will stimulate profitable growth for the team, act as a mentor to others and drive the performance of the business forward.

Please note that we will relocate from our current London office in Euston Tower to the Nova North building in Victoria in the first quarter of 2019.
