We have an opportunity reporting into the Vice President Total Rewards, the role is for a reward specialist, with a compensation focus, for a 12 month FTC who will lead and drive forward the implementation of key reward projects globally.
The role is an exciting opportunity in a dynamic organisation going through rapid change following an acquisition.
Please note, this role is currently being advertised as 12 Month FTC with an option of working 4 or 5 days a week.
Key duties
• It will initially focus on leading the project to align the current grading system within the organisation. Following the acquisition by SNC the role will be to manage the transition, for c.18,000 employees across all regions, to the new grading system. This will involve managing a cross regional team to ensure a co-ordinated and smooth delivery.
o As well as the technical delivery of the project it will also require building relationships with key stakeholders to support effective change and communications management in order to engage and align.
o As part of the project the role will be required to complete detailed modelling on compensation framework and benefits eligibility and propose suggestions for alignment.
• Management of other total reward projects as they arise which may include items such as:
o aligning and coordinating the approach to benchmarking market data across the organisations.
Key skills and behaviours
The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Have a solid background in reward in a senior role with a proven track record of project management and delivery globally.
• Be a sophisticated project manager, who delivers personally and through others, by setting clear goals and targets, monitoring progress, pre-empting setbacks by anticipating and addressing potential sources of delays and holding people to account.
• Have the ability to influence at all levels of seniority and work unsupervised and with minimal direction.
• Have a focus on delivery, demonstrating determination, resourcefulness and purpose to deliver the best results for organisation and its people.
