Schedule ManagerOur Nebraska team is growing! We are looking for specific experience in providing project scheduling support to project managers to help meet contract schedules. Desirable qualifications include experience with aviation projects, programs >$50M, and working alongside clients in a site based Project Management Office. Responsibilities
-Manage, monitor and evaluate program schedules, identify relationships, logic, milestones and constraints for program construction elements and master schedule.
-Perform QA/QC on project schedules provided by others,
-Summarize master program level schedules and identify interproject dependencies,
-Solicit accurate and timely schedule updates from contractor.
-Perform periodic impact analysis and make recommendations.
-Evaluate what-if schedules for the multi-year project.
-Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field experience
-Seven years relevant experience
-Supported, one or more aviation programs in the past ten years,
-Understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, Primavera P6.
-Construction Scheduling management experience in the aviation industry, with large projects preferred
