Scheduler (P6 Primavera)

This position is located at a premier Biotech client site in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an internal Faithful+Gould fulltime position with robust benefits.
The Scheduler (P6 Primavera) will be responsible for collaborating with suppliers/customers to manage Production Orders in the scheduling and execution horizon, prior to production, enabling a successful release processes.

Responsibilities
-Manage incoming materials and allocate to production orders, from both internal and external sources of supply.
-Ensure sales orders and requisitions are aligned across business systems.
-Review and manage stock transfer orders, and material alerts.
-Work with Manufacturing, Facilities, Technology, and QC to review and confirm order and process readiness.
-Sequence orders to ensure following operations are enabled in their time horizon or per milestone.
-Assess capacity and resolve conflicts via overtime or resource balancing.
-Assess working back log report and propose mitigations.
-Support non-production and maintenance scheduling where required.
-Manage orders to ensure a weekly locked 7 day schedule is provided and resolve issues in the execution horizon were issues occur.
-Member of cross functional scheduling team, representing Materials Management and scheduling.
-Provide analysis and reporting of data to manage key performance indicators and metrics.
-Perform data analysis within the SAP R3 system
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ,Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field
-Microsoft Excel experience is required
-2 years’ minimum experience with ERP systems, and Planning and Scheduling is preferred but not required
-Preference for experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or related industries
-Must understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite
