We are seeking a high-caliber individual to join our Architecture Department.

Secretary

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to the department;
• Perform comprehensive secretarial duties including typing, filing and taking messages etc;
• Register incoming/outgoing correspondence in compliance with QA requirements;
• Maintain project filing system up to date in compliance with QA requirements;
• Assist with Marketing and Bid proposals;
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Business Unit Director.
• Booking / Coordinating flights through selected travel agency & Visa applications too.

Job Requirements:

• F.7 or above with formal secretarial training;
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably with experience in construction industry;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and able to organize work efficiently and independently;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
