We are seeking a high-calibre staff to join our Interior Design Department

Senior Associate Interior Designer / Hospitality

Responsibilities:

Formulate preliminary design concepts that are functional, fiscally appropriate and
aesthetically pleasing;
Strong Interior Design sensibility, Collaborate with cross-discipline team to deliver a mix of Mixed-use, Commercial, Workplace , Hospitality and Retail Projects;
Develop conceptual design, design development, for Mixed-use projects and experience on Hospitality, FF&E & Retail projects is added bonus;
Ability to think independently, knowledge on all stages of Interior Design projects
from concept through to completion;
Lead, monitor and mentor junior team members within the design team;
Coordinate with technical team, consultants and other stake holders and support
Associate/Project Lead;
Experience in Design Documentation and Interior package documentation for ID projects;
Understand the process of selection, specification and documentation of furniture,
furnishings, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed
product description;
Ability to work within a well- integrated team of creative people;
Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality & commercial interior design;
Bachelor Degree in architecture, interior design or related field;
Proven track record and portfolio to showcase design skills;
Strong conceptual design abilities and knowledge of project process, and ability to
mentor team members;
Well-developed time management and organizational skills required to undertake
multiple projects or facets of various projects;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
Software/Technology: AutoCAD, 3D Software knowledge preferred (Sketchup or
3DsMax), Microsoft Office and Excel, Presentation Software (Image Ready,
Power Point, Indesign and Photoshop);
Hand Sketching skills;
Strong presentational skills.
