Senior Associate Landscape Architect

1. Extensive experience in delivering design solutions across public realm and commercial projects on both small and large scale projects
2. Lead design team to meet company requirement and client's expectation
3. Coordinate and cooperate with other disciplines on projects
4. Responsible for quality control within the team
5. Ability to develop and implement Business Development strategies.
6. Responsible for the continuous growth of the team

1. At least 12 years post qualification experience
2. Previously in a similar role within branding companies or developer and adaptable to a dynamic multicultural environment
3. Good leadership skills, able to lead and manage a team
4. Understand the scope of the work clients is requiring and able to manage, coordinate and present designs, samples, models and concepts
5. Creative, forward thinking and ability to convey ideas through good communication skills.
