Senior Design (Technical) Manager

• Delivery of multidiscipline design submissions
• Identification and documentation of design scope, requirements, processes and outputs
• Planning and forecasting for design activities
• Delivery of technical proposals for projects
• Allocation of design, coordination, integration, interface and assurance responsibilities, in line with competence management processes
• Coordination of design requirements, processes and outputs, including work by internal suppliers, external sub-consultants and surveyors, and stakeholder requirements
• Drive innovative and cost effective solutions into the design.
• Attend tender launch /tender adjudication and launch meetings as required.
  Compliance with company, business unit and project requirements in respect of operations, governance, quality, safety and the environment
   
   
  Requirement
   
• Architect / or Building Technician
• 15 Years + experience
• Construction Drawing / Specification & Design Management Experience
• Start Immediate preferred.
