Senior Front of House Co-ordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Providing an efficient support service to the team, duties will include but are not restricted to:

  • Reception duties, meet & greet guests
  • Answer incoming calls, direct accordingly
  • Deal with deliveries, couriers etc.
  • Proactive booking of travel and accommodation via the company’s approved travel agent
  • Dealing with correspondence, filing and archiving
  • Preparing presentations/reports/packs
  • General typing/formatting of documents
  • Deputise for other administrators when necessary
  • Manage office services, meeting rooms, order stationery, coffee, tea etc., ensure stationery stocks replenished across the office
  • Liaise with other support staff to provide support when required
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administration duties
  • Administration support with Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams (training will be provided if required)
  • Fire Marshall (training will be provided)
  • First Aider (training will be provided)
  • Line manager to the front of house assistant
  • Support House Manager – Monitor and update ‘House Manual’ and ‘Property in Atkins Database (PAD)’ and collation of all relevant H&S and maintenance documentation for both.  Carrying out office risk assessments, audits and close out of actions.  Organise, monitor and refresh all first aid and fire infrastructure (training, first aid and firefighting equipment).  Assist with risk management for (location) reviewing and updating relevant documents and procedures.  Oversee facilities management and liaising with suppliers for routine maintenance and repair work

  • Good time management skills with ability to work to deadlines
