To support our plan of investment in modernising our HR systems and processes for the Middle East business, we are seeking to expand the capabilities of our HR Shared Services team.

As an Senior HRSS Team Lead based in our Dubai office, you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your administration expertise whilst supporting some high profile projects throughout the region.

Principal Accountabilities

Leading a team of HR Administrators, reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services & Recruitment, you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective and proactive HR support service to employees and managers within the region.

• Identifying and driving improvements within the HRSS Team
• Ownership of escalated queries and complex cases, from HR Administrators, through to resolution
• Build excellent working relationships with HR teams, managers and employees to ensure their needs are met
• Working closely with the Head of HR Shared Services to ensure continuous service improvement
• Lead the HR support service to deliver ad-hoc HR projects, as required
• Measuring and auditing work outputs to ensure business-agreed SLAs are achieved
• Inducting new HR Assistants, providing coaching and on-the-job training
• Establish and communicate departmental targets and objectives
• Managing the performance and development of a team of Administrators
• Recognising when volume demands that extra support is needed and contributing to ensure work is completed

Requirements

• Good Generalist HR experience including HR processes, gained within a busy, professional and customer facing environment
• Sound knowledge of employment law and practice
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
• Experience of leading an HR support service
• Experience of managing and developing a team
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Robust IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptive leadership style
• Practiced in reporting and auditing against agreed SLAs
