We are seeking to recruit high-calibre staff to join our HR Department.



Senior Human Resources Officer - Training

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of training related activities as well as talents development;

  • Deliver and co-ordinate training programs to cope with business needs;

  • Manage and monitor Company registered graduate training schemes: HKIE Scheme A and ICE;

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources administrations for Resident Site Staff (RSS) including preparing nomination to Government departments, preparing employment contracts;

  • Act as point of contact for RSS related enquiry (both internal & external stakeholders);

  • Prepare regular training reports; and

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline; Minimum of 6 years solid relevant experience across all major HR functions in sizeable international organization;

  • Solid experiences in RSS related issues, and with experience in engineering consultancy / construction industry is a must;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
  • Independent, well-organized, with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills;
  • Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule;
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle multi-tasks;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; spoken Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
