Responsibilities:
• Formulate preliminary design concepts that are functional, fiscally appropriate and
aesthetically pleasing
• Strong Design sensibility, Collaborate with cross-discipline team to deliver a mix
of Mixed-use, Commercial, Workplace , Hospitality and Retail Projects
• Develop strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and
production documentation mainly for Mixed-use projects and experience on
Workplace, Hospitality, Retail projects is added bonus
• Ability to think independently, knowledge on all stages of Interior Design projects
from concept through to completion
• Lead, monitor and mentor junior team members within the design team
• Coordinate with technical team, consultants and other stake holders and support
Associate/Project Lead
• Proven Experience in Design Documentation – Technical Drawings and Interior
package documentation for ID projects
• Understand the process of selection, specification and documentation of furniture,
furnishings, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed
product description
• Ability to work within a well- integrated team of creative people
• Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
• 8-10 years of professional experience mainly on Mixed-use projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, interior design or related field
• Proven track record and portfolio to showcase design skills
• Strong conceptual design abilities and knowledge of project process, and ability to
mentor team members
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills required to undertake
multiple projects or facets of various projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Software/Technology: AutoCAD, 3D Software knowledge preferred (Sketchup or
3DsMax), Microsoft Office and Excel, Presentation Software (Image Ready,
Power Point, Indesign and Photoshop)
• Hand Sketching skills
• Strong presentational skills
