Due to business growth, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful Commercial team in Nottingham. The Nottingham Office has a large portfolio of infrastructure clients. Our focus is on the provision of pre and post contract commercial services to infrastructure projects and clients, from feasibility estimates, through procurement to construction.

You will be asked to

• Provide pre and post contract quantity surveying services for major clients
• Plan, organise and control own workload under supervision
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of service delivery to clients

You will already have

• Conversant in all aspects of quantity surveying
• Working towards RICS membership
• Civil/Infrastructure sector experience
• Ability to prepare estimates under supervision
• Ability to analyse and interpret commercial and technical project documentation
• Understanding of standard forms of contract, particularly NEC
• Good IT skills
