Senior Urban Development Consultant

职责范围：

1.日常整合咨询研究报告，使之符合客户/公司内部的期望和要求；

2.团队中的城市开发专家，熟悉城市土地一级开发、二级开发的流程；

3.擅长从城市/地产/房产价值的角度，建议开发方案如何潜在价值最大化；

4.每月/两月一次，在公司内部进行专题分享；

5.可以承担项目出差、和客户直接互动沟通；

6.带动团队内部其他同事在城市开发咨询方面的提升。




Responsibilities:

1.To combine the main daily work is the commen daily work, which should match both the clients’ requirments and the ATKINS’ internal quality level;

2.As the financial expert in urban development area in the team, who is familiar with the process of primary & secondary land development;

3.Being good at to maximize the development potential market value, from the property value appraisal viewpoint;

4.Monthly/ bimonthly internal professional sharing, focus on urban development special topic;

5.Frequently business trip and smoothly client communication skills;

6.Internal team leading experts to guide the team focus on the financial model analysis.

任职要求：

1.知名大学金融经济、区域经济、产业经济、房地产开发等研究方向硕士以上学历，有较强的城市开发专业经验；

2.具有城市发展、产业园区、土地开发等行业从事顾问咨询工作8年以上的工作经验；

3.具有战略性城市开发相结合的思维能力，较强的业务拓展能力，和团队管理经验；

4.可以带领团队独立完成项目，并提交客户；

5.具有很强的专业研究能力、独立组织和研究课题的能力；

6.良好的中/英文口头表达能力和文字写作能力，思维清晰，有协调能力；

7.具有同类跨国咨询公司工作经验者优先。

Qualifications:

1.Master degree or above in Financial Economy, Regional Economy, Industrial Economy, Real-Estate Development or other relevant fields; strong financial analysis experience in urban development;

2.More than 8 years’ consultancy experience in urban development, industry park, land development or other relevant fields;

3.Good at Strategic thinking ability of urban development; independent on business development and good leadership;

4.Good at project team member organization and product delivery to the client;

5.Capable of academic study, organizing research independently;

6.Good oral and writing skills; Strong logic and good coordination skills, in both English and Chinese;

7.Candidates with experience in international counseling companies are preferred.
