Senior Water Modeller

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Water Engineer / Modeller with experience gained in the Water sector to join our dynamic team in Bristol.

The successful candidate will help us to deliver a suite of successful projects to our UK clients with our UK and overseas based staff. You will be in an office surrounded by a motivated multi-discipline team, and be connected to our national network of technical experts across the UK.

Our Networks and Drainage team is one of the largest in the UK with clients including high-profile utility companies, local authorities and independent businesses. You will experience a wide range of projects, face our clients and work with us to shape the industry.



The candidate should be a highly motivated, competent and analytical person with significant experience in clean water network modelling, design and analysis.

A team player that works well on own initiative and possesses excellent communication skills to inspire confidence in those around them.

The successful candidate will have experience of clean water modelling and distribution networks, building and calibrating network models as well as using network models for planning and operational purposes. You will also need to be able to undertake distribution zone and pressure management studies as well as DMA design.

The role includes managing small project teams out of the Bristol office, including field staff and some client staff. You will also be required to provide guidance to our overseas based teams, and interact directly with our client organisations.

Experience with INFOWORKS WS, EPANET and Infowater as well as Project Management experience would be highly desirable but not essential. It would be desirable for you to engage with and share knowledge with our technical excellence networks.
