We are seeking a Senior Project Financial Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA, Orlando or Tampa, FL.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Assist Sr. Finance Manager with various monthly reporting and analysis.
• Provides training support on financial tools to technical staff as needed.
• Assists in analysis and monitoring on performance vs. financial targets and goals.
• Assists with Project Finance and Project Management Office (PMO), may be assigned to specific projects to monitor and report on project finances, prepare complex spreadsheets in review of the project, prepare monthly project progress reports, track and report on subcontractor usage or provide other project related analysis.
• Working with Project Finance and PMO, analyzes unbilled services and retainage, compares compensation against contract amount, guards against negative backlog, and provides any other project analysis requested by the Group Operations Director or Group President and/or Finance Director.
• Have a strong understanding of project financial forecasting system and the impacts changes can drive on revenues and margins.
• Investigates and analyzes overhead expenditures for Business Unit.
• Assist with company’s internal audit requests as necessary.
• Supports company’s internal controls and financial standards, policies and procedures.
• As required, becomes engaged in business analysis and presenting findings to Sr. Finance Manager and other SLT members of BU.
• May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field with 5 years of diversified business, financial and/or accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access  required. Strong knowledge of dashboard reports recommended. Good interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with managers and technical staff. Must have strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
