Due to continued success in securing projects in the South West region we are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to join our highly successful team in Cardiff. Our projects range in value from £0.5m to £60m+ and are with a variety of high profile clients giving our Project Management team a diverse and exciting workload.

We are looking for a collaborative and commercially astute senior project manager / associate director to:
• Lead and provide Project Management delivery to a wide range of sectors
• Deliver complex multi-faceted projects
• Join the Cardiff senior management team and actively participate in business planning, business development and delivery innovation.
To join us you’ll need:
• A relevant construction qualification including professional membership of recognised institution ie. APM, CIOB or RICS.
• Experience working with projects in the Commercial sector is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in the NEC PM role is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of both public and private sector clients.
• Key account management skills in client care and client development
• Keeping abreast of relevant legislative and industry best practice changes.
• Managing commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects including governance, fee management activities, together with internal job costings, resource requirements and inter-trading.
• Controlling workload and resources.
• Well established commitment to the profession and proven ability in effectively delivering projects and associated services.
• Demonstrable experience of successfully managing clients' and their expectations.

• A disciplined thinker and analytical, numerate, problem solver who has the judgement and the capacity to think complex issues through and develop effective solutions in a timely fashion.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• An ability to influence others through the use of sound judgement and good sense.
• Should have the ability to work with the minimum of supervision and on their own initiative.

• Customer Driven - fully contribute to excellent customer service and understand the customers’ changing business needs.
• Delivers - develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
• Adaptable - challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in an uncertain environment, in pursuit of performance improvement.
