We require a Team Administrator based in our Epsom office to provide support to the Transportation Civils and Structures Practice.


The role holder will provide support to Civils and Structures Practice staff in Epsom, working collaboratively with other administrative and PA support staff.


The role requires an experienced and flexible person to take a proactive approach to supporting and working within an agile office environment ensuring the efficient operation of the Civils and Structures business.



•Experience of working in a similar role is preferred

•Excellent administration and communication skills

•Computer literate including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

•Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality documentation

•Good team player and willing to support the team

•Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks

•Good time management skills with ability to work to deadlines

•Proactive approach in assisting staff




Providing an efficient support service to the team, duties will include but are not restricted to:


•Arranging meetings, booking rooms/venues, inviting attendees and preparing/circulating document packs as required, providing refreshments for meetings

•Dealing with correspondence, filing and archiving

•Communicating information appropriately, with both internal and external contacts

•Preparing presentations/reports/packs

•General typing/formatting of documents

•Attending and minute taking at Monthly Bridge Group Managers Meeting

•Deputise for another administrative support members when necessary

•Monitoring and reporting on timesheets, PDR appraisals, mysite and other group requirements

•Manage office services and stationery for the Transportation Division on a rota with other support staff based in Epsom

•Proactive booking of travel and accommodation via the company’s approved travel agent

•Arranging Visa application

•Liaise with the other support staff in Epsom to support each other

•Deal with issues and instructions remotely on a regular basis
