An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary within our Stoke office. You will be joining an established office supporting a varied client base is regional, national and international; many of which are multi-national blue chip clients.
Please note this role is being offered on a part time basis, 15 hrs per week to cover MAT leave.
Responsibilities
• General reception duties – answering calls, taking receipt of parcels etc
• Responding to emails
• Booking rail travel
• Booking hotels
• Ordering office supplies – stationery/ppe/it equipment
• Inducting new starters
• Arranging meetings
• General administration support for the team – typing letters/reports/CV’s/minutes etc
• Running weekly CRM exception report
• General office duties such as filing/scanning/archiving
House Manager
Monthly compliance checks and record on the PAD
Our Checks: -
• Water temperature – kitchen
• Emergency lights – F+G office
• Ladder checks – 6 monthly
• SHE House Inspection
Record landlord checks each month
Arrange for work to be carried out or routine inspections through the helpdesk or Salma Ahmed.
Office Safety Champion
Monthly report to be completed via the sharepoint site.
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary it will be discussed with you at interview
