Third-Party Risk Systems and Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Third-Party Risk Systems and Operations Specialist to join our team in the Romania office. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, technical support, and ongoing enhancement of our compliance program tools and systems.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining existing systems, leading enhancements, and collaborating with the Director on strategic initiatives leveraging technology and data analytics to elevate the Integrity program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive subject matter and technical support for some of our Compliance/Integrity tools and systems, such as SAP Ariba (Supplier Risk Module), Integrity Approvals, Integrity Checks, and Third Party Risk Data Analytics Dashboard.
  • Lead operational improvements and enhancements for these systems to optimize their functionality and performance.
  • Proactively troubleshoot potential issues and implement solutions to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Manage day-to-day system operations and efficiently resolve user inquiries related to the aforementioned tools.
  • Act as a primary liaison with system providers and IT for technical and support needs.
  • Own and oversee processes related to systems enhancements and changes to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements and organizational needs, such as expanding Third Party Risk Management to encompass additional risk domains.
  • Champion the development and ongoing maintenance of the Third Party Risk Data Analytics Dashboard and features improvements.
  • Assist the Director with data analytics initiatives designed to strengthen the Integrity risk management process.
  • Deliver training and support to the broader team on effective system usage and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge documentation to ensure operational efficiency and knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Collaborate with the Director on strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and operations for both the Integrity team and the broader business.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in developing, designing, and implementing corporate risk and compliance tools and systems, preferably with a focus on third-party risk management processes and workflows (experience as an implementation consultant or subject matter expert is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience working with SAP Ariba and other compliance/risk management/supply chain systems and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in English language; French language fluency is a plus.
  • Candidate based in Romania
  • Proficiency in Romanian
