We currently have a maternity cover opportunity for a Treasury Assistant to join the Treasury team. The role is based at our Epsom Gateway office.
To provide support to the Treasury function under the supervision of a Treasury Associate. The role will include but is not limited to the following:
Download daily cash balances from the bank and prepare daily cash report
Update daily cash forecasts for bacs and other payments
Ensure electronic payments are approved on time and in line with bank mandates
Monitor Treasury inbox and allocate emails to relevant staff.
Bank account management
Monitoring, assessing and preparing internal requests to open, close or amend bank accounts;
Coordination with other corporate & business departments such as Company Secretary;
Completion of bank documentation;
Follow up with the bank re progress of bank account changes;
Updating and maintaining the Treasury Management System for opening, closing and amending bank accounts.
Prepare internal documentation for new or amendments to bank account mandates;
Coordination with other corporate & business departments;
Completion of bank documentation;
Follow up with the bank re progress of bank mandate changes;
Updating internal records.
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to prioritise key tasks and to deliver work to tight timescales

- Good all round IT skills
- Experience of a Treasury Management System would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a Treasury / Finance / Banking environment.
