Purpose of the Team/Role:


The User Provisioning team manage the lifecycle of all accounts, data and system access within the Atkins Computing Environment (ACE) including Group Finance, HR Systems and other hosted systems globally. 

The team work closely with the Global Service Desk, a multi-skilled team who also deal with transactional requests allowing flexibility of resource provision and providing a ‘can do’ service for our customers supporting the One Atkins 2020 and Group IS 2020 strategies.

The User Provisioning Analyst reports to the User Provisioning Team Lead.

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities


•User Provisioning and De-Provisioning using Active Directory

•Data access management

•Access to multiple in-house systems

•Administration of Cisco phone system

•Administration of Finance and HR access

•Administration of Atkins Corporate Systems

•All other admin tasks assigned to you by the Team Leader

•Respond to all incidents and requests according to defined SLAs, ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction


Experience Required


•At least one year’s knowledge and use of Active Directory

•Experience of working in a high pressure environment

•Excellent communication skills and customer focus

•Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships 

•Process orientated with a methodical and planned approach to achieving goals

•Strong analytical skills

•Meticulous attention to detail

•Confidence and professionalism

•Experience of IS work management systems (ideally ServiceNow)




•ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate

•Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
