Job Details

Purpose of the Team/Role

The User Provisioning team manage the lifecycle of all accounts, data and system access within the Atkins Computing Environment (ACE) including Group Finance, HR Systems and other hosted systems globally. 

The team work closely with the Global Service Desk, a multi-skilled team who also deal with transactional requests allowing flexibility of resource provision and providing a ‘can do’ service for our customers supporting the One Atkins 2020 and Group IS 2020 strategies.

The User Provisioning Analyst reports to the Global Services – User Provisioning & Automation Manager.

This role is currently being advertised as FTC for 12 months.

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities

  • Process transactional user provisioning tasks in accordance to documented and audited processes with 100% accuracy
  • Support team lead in driving and delivering on automation initiatives and achieving continuous service improvement
  • Assist in defining, documenting, improving, automating and streamlining processes
  • Liaise with Project Managers as required to ensure project assistance and the smooth transition of new services into existing processes
  • Provide resolution for incidents (of varying complexity) and requests (and ensure knowledge transfer to L1/2 and Global Service Desk teams)
  • Respond to all incidents and requests according to defined SLAs, ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with training of staff internal/external to team globally

Experience Required

Essential:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Experience of working in a high pressure environment
  • An excellent understanding of how IT contributes to the delivery of a service to Atkins’ clients
  • Proven track record in achieving SLAs
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to drive improvement/change
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships 
  • Process orientated with a methodical and planned approach to achieving goals
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Confidence and professionalism
  • Experience of IS work management systems (ideally ServiceNow)

Desirable:

  • ITIL v3 Service Operation
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
