Can you briefly describe your role and what you do?

I am currently working as a Project Manager, based in the Exeter Office. We are working with a variety of Public and Private Sector Clients through the delivery of Education and Social Housing Developments. My role responsibility includes liaison with the Client and full design team through the RIBA Stages to ensure successful delivery of projects.

What’s been your highlight on the graduate development programme so far?

From joining the GDP in June 2015, my key highlight has been the opportunities to liaise with colleagues across Atkins different business divisions. In attending the Year 1 and 2 events as well as the 2016 Ski-Trip has enabled me to grow my internal network and create great friendships through the process. 

What skills have you developed since being at Atkins?

In my 2 years at Faithful+Gould, the key skills developed are my communication, presentation skills and my confidence continues to grow. My professional knowledge of the industry has increased through the support of Faithful+Gould and my colleagues in my home office. I have enjoyed all my experiences here, and look forward to continuing my progression with Faithful+Gould.
