We give you the chance to select from a range of elective benefits that can be tailored to suit your individual or family needs. This Preferred Choice program is available to all full-time and part-time-regular employees (people working 24 hours or more per week on a regular basis). It provides comprehensive, insurance-related, flexible benefits such as accident insurance, a medical plan, dental plan, or critical illness plan.

We realize that you have other commitments outside of the office so in addition to the holidays and paid time off benefits we offer to our full-time and part-time regular employees (on a reduced basis), we also include flexible working options where business needs can accommodate it. We help you plan for your future with a retirement plan and stay fit and healthy with fitness center membership benefits.
