Engineering change for women at SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins business

Our Women's Professional Networks (WPNs)

These friendly and informal forums encourage a gender-balanced and inclusive workplace. WPN meetings are held across the SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins offices and can encompass a wide range of formats – for example presentations from internal and external speakers on key issues around diversity and inclusion, world café events or book reviews. The WPNs provide a great space for sharing tips and guidance about working at the SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins business, networking with staff from across different companies and clients, and raising awareness about diversity and inclusion initiatives.


Women’s Development Programme

This elective four-day programme opens up opportunities for promotion or new roles, empowering attendees to get proactive about career progression and improve their business skills.


Flexible working
