AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Capability Intern – Summer 2024 to join our Alexandria, VA office.

Our Internship Program, Explore, is designed for college students pursuing a degree in a STEM field and provides opportunities to learn what it’s like to work in a professional environment and apply what’s learned in class to the real-world challenges we face every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with GCL in defining value proposition for different service offerings
- Support the development and refinement of value propositions tailored to clients, markets, and regions
- Conduct competitive analysis on peer offerings and identify potential areas for investment and industry insights to win work
- Help track capability investments and assess performance
- Help identify investment priorities globally and outline specific value-add from proposed investment
- Work with Capability Group directors to develop and support market campaigns for growth capabilities
- Research and analysis to support market campaigns and growth strategies in the 7 practices
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- Undergraduate with a focus on finance, economics, or management
- An interest in one of the seven Globap Practice areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in preparing presentations
- Analytics experience – experience in data models/Excel
- Experience in analyzing large datasets
- An interest in working across geographies
- Track record of good judgment with maturity, diplomacy, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to critically review and provide improvement actions
- Strong on analytical and conceptual problem solving
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work directly with Key accounts and a wide variety of business leaders
