Job Responsibilities

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a semiconductor manufacturing facility and any of industrial processing area, but not limited to:

  • Review or assess Clean Room process requirements with deep understanding of clean room class
  • Review and developing P&IDs / Data Sheets
  • Developing process architecture
  • Review and developing User Requirements Specifications / Equipment Specifications / Process Descriptions
  • Review and developing the Detailed Process Engineering
  • Calculating Clean Room Space Maximization & Optimization, Production Scheduling and Planning
  • Coordination and management of clean room related equipment vendors
  • Technical clarification with vendor and/or sub-contractor
  • Technical bid evaluation of vendor or sub-contractor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 5 ~ +15 years’ experience in the clean room of semiconductor manufacturing facilities or related ones
  • Experience on equipment selection and process architecture for semiconductor and any other industrial-based manufacturing facilities
  • Highly developed skills in clean room process detailed design and optimization
  • Extensive knowledge on HVAC system and practical experience on various semiconductor facilities and industrial processes
  • Knowledge on the diverse structural methods for semiconductor manufacturing facilities and vibration control
  • Knowledge on toxic gases’ flow and control in semiconductor manufacturing facilities
  • Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team environment
