Location - Mississauga, ON
Your role within the team:
- Preparation of the Project QA Plan and providing support for the implementation of the project QA program.
- Conducting self-assessments of the Project activities to assess compliance with established procedures and their effectiveness.
- Providing required support for the implementation of the non-conformance and corrective action process (ProAct process) for the Project.
- Coordinating the internal and external audits performed during Project execution.
- Escalating issues as required.
- Attending weekly Documentation status review and provide input on the status of review from QA point of view.
- Identifying the process specific processes required by the contractual requirements and initiating the preparation of new project specific procedures.
- Responsible with suppliers’ qualification for the Scope of Work identified in applicable Engineering Quotation Request Packages (EQRs) and review Bidder’s lists.
- Responsible with the regular updating of Project Suppliers audits plan
- Coordinating and maintaining project database of the status of Quality Tender Evaluations for pre-projects
- Reporting work progress on weekly and monthly basis.
