Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our team in Denver, Colorado as an Administrative/ Data Entry Support.
Administrative-level staff person whose primary purpose will be to learn City database systems, execute plan review and permit processing procedures, perform database entry tasks, and assist existing City staff in customer service tasks. The assignment will start in April and be approximately for 1 year. It will require working in the City offices at the Webb Building and parking would be provided. The ideal candidate would be entry to mid-level or possibly a recent high school or college graduate with good organizational and computer skills.
Job Duties
Applies skills to somewhat varied tasks. At this level, the assistant usually performs admin support and clerical duties requiring follow-up and coordination.

High school diploma (or equivalent) plus three years related experience OR an Associate’s Degree in a related administrative field plus one-year related experience is required
Special Skills
Good oral and written communication skills, good command of English grammar and spelling. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook and Excel or equivalent
