Cost and Payment Manager

Responsibilities
-Manage the timely review, processing and payment of contractor/consultant invoices to include issue resolution.
-Assist in development of program accounting/invoicing policy and procedure and ensure compliance.
-Interface with program team members and client finance / accounting as required.
-Obtain and maintain accurate Contractor/consultant project cost and accruals.
-Prepare monthly reports.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Finance or related field,
-three years relevant experience,
-Supported, one or more aviation programs in the past ten years,
-Understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Construction cost management experience in the aviation industry, with large projects preferred
