Job Scope

Our Middle East offices include the UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait.   As a provider of multi-disciplinary technical services to the built environment Atkins in the Middle East is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first class solutions which combine innovation, imagination and best practice. 

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for managing the design process and technical compliance
• Report to the Programme Director on a regular basis on the progress, costs and quality of the package and obtain authority for any decisions/instructions required to ensure continuity in the design function
• Monitoring all work executed, at all stages, to ensure that an accurate and professional service is offered 
• Professional interface with other disciplines, consultants, contractors 
• Manage the quality and timeliness of service delivery 
• Manage technical team resources 
• Manage contractual deliverables resources in compliance with the clients requirements
• Manage adherence to the procedures described in the design manual 
• Create a positive and proactive approach that drives the whole of the team
• Conduct team meetings and direct actions
