All applicants for the position of Marketing Co-ordinator must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduate with previous experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
  • Confident and outgoing personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Well organised and self motivated.
  • Ability to use own initiative whilst working to tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Advanced administration skills.
  • Digital awareness.
  • Proven IT skills in particular, Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of InDesign and/or Photoshop would be advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills – ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
Role and responsibilities:
  • Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, executive bios, corporate newsletter content and speaking proposals.
  • Produce marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, exhibition/event-related projects and experience/project sheets.
  • Help to champion the brand and act as the front line for enquiries about brand guidelines.
  • Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
  • Supervise social media outreach and deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc
  • Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
  • Develop marketing communications campaigns.
  • Support/identify thought leadership materials.
  • Develop fresh story ideas.
  • Improve communication efficiencies within company.
  • Prepare bid documentation such as pre-qualification and tender documents, presentation material and collating technical input where required.
