PM REGIONAL DIRECTOR – PUBLIC SECTOR FRAMEWORK MANAGER

To help realise our ambitious growth plans in the Public Sector, Faithful+Gould is looking for an equally ambitious, and respected, Project/Programme Manager with strong and proven Public Sector project delivery and programme/portfolio experience. The successful candidate will head up a selection of the major frameworks that we have, working closely with senior members of our London team. You will play a key role in delivering further success and growth in one of our biggest sectors.

Based in our London office and reporting to the PM Director, you will contribute to the region’s Public Sector business plan. You will drive business/revenue growth, manage and plan resources, manage key client accounts, lead innovation, and foster a collaborative working environment.


Responsibilities
• Lead a number of key Public Sector frameworks that are managed by our London business
• Working closely with the PM Director, Public Sector Director and Education sector lead, grow our market share by maximising opportunities with existing clients and bringing new clients to the business
• Management of resources and workload planning, financial performance, quality assurance and business development
• Commercial management and governance on our projects contributing to positive business performance
• Support in meeting/exceeding KPIs and targets set for the business
• Identify strategic targets for the Public Sector business plan and steward the delivery of the plan
• Set and maintain excellent service delivery standards and a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure we have the highest quality marketing collateral to support bids and meetings with prospective clients
• Lead/ support bid team for major new business opportunities
• Collaboration with other offices, service streams, sectors and the wider Faithful+Gould/SNC Lavalin business to provide combined and innovative solutions to improve our competitive advantage



Requirements

• Member of RICS, or similar qualification
• Possess an extensive network and knowledge of the Public Sector in the region
• Track record of winning and delivering frameworks for clients in the region is essential
• Proven experience in a senior level role running frameworks
• Programme management experience at Portfolio level. Capable of managing programmes of work and who ideally has relationships with clients in London
• Detailed knowledge of our competitors, understand our market differentiators and help to shape them going forward
• Providing a strategic insight and ability to focus our business to help realise growth targets
• Successful in preparing bids, proposals, and leading teams at interviews
