Quantity Surveyor
Our Houston team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least 2 years of experience as a quantity surveyor on large projects preferably in the oil and gas sector, we would like to connect with you.
This position involves, under supervision, develops professional proficiency in the delivery of quantity surveying services. Supports senior quantity surveyors by performing fundamental tasks as required by each project, including contract administration, cost forecasting, procurement, quantity takeoffs, pricing and data entry.

Responsibilities
-Under supervision, performs professional-level office work in land surveying, applying specialized technical knowledge to the solution of land surveying problems and the coordination of related project activities
-Performs work which involves conventional land survey office work, to carry out diversified projects or phases of a
single project, requiring specialized academic training and experience
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree plus two years related experience OR an associate's degree in a related technical field plus ten years related experience in lieu of a degree OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus twelve years related experience is required
-Strong math and trigonometry computation skills.
-Technical writing, communication skills, and analytical ability.
Good knowledge of CAD and survey software. Basic knowledge of GPS
