Our Phoenix Team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least five years experience using P6 as a Scheduler, we would like to connect with you. The role is based at a semi-conductor project site in Chandler, AZ. This is an owner rep scheduling role dealing with large fast-paced capital construction projects and provides ad hoc business support to senior team members.

Responsibilities
- Developing and managing milestones and review scope
- Monitoring and reporting schedule deliverables on a recurring basis
- Running time impact analyses when needed to help stakeholders make key decisions on recovery

-Review schedules, reports, indicators provided by others.

- Identify schedule items that don’t look reasonable and bring them to the project team

- Work in and with teams.

- Understand and be able to use systems to create, update and maintain project schedules.
- Checking on-site progress of projects as directed, and updating P6 accordingly
- Ability to understand float and how to tie scope
- Integration of new and existing WBS based on realistic activity durations and logic
- Resiliency to adapt to constant changing schedule needs
- Comprehensive understanding of activity relationship primary constraint dynamic

- Coordination, analysis, and integration of schedules produced by others to support the program requirements. 

-  Review of project milestone definitions in order to recommend definitions to make standard for use in the VF.  

- Maintain share drives and Share points. 

- Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related experience 

- Five years of Scheduling experience

-Five to seven years experience planning, scheduling, monitoring, updating, and reporting on medium-sized projects.  

- Five to seven years experience with Primavera scheduling software or Microsoft Project Scheduling Software.

-Excellent scheduling knowledge and ability to be technical advisor with respect to critical path, predecessors/successors, activity definition, activity sequencing, and logic.    

- Knowledge of Scheduling Software. 

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel   

- Ability to translate scope requirements into a working schedule.  

- Understanding the project life cycle.  Demonstrate ability in driving the organization to use the data to drive risk identification, quantification, response, and control with respect to the master schedule. 

- Strong analytical skills to be able to critical issues, analyze the schedules, and create reports to communicate issues.

- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.  Must be able to interact and communicate to a wide range of customers.

- Knowledge of Web application use and shared drive methodology. 

- Understanding and adherence to change control and progress update processes. 
- Large capital construction projects experience is a plus, but not required 

 - Understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of visual basic is preferred but not required
