remit to manage and improve the capital’s orbital motorway network, we deliver
major improvement projects, such widening 38 miles of the M25, refurbishing
tunnels and bridges, and installing hundreds of variable messaging signs and
gantries, helping to maximise the use of the network and deliver more reliable
journeys. We also manage the Dartford River crossing, and operate and maintain
440 kilometres of motorway providing our customer and road user with a
world-class highway service.

We are currently looking
for a Security Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support for the Security Manager.
Responsibilities:
·
Working closely
with the Security Manager to provide a secure operating environment.
·
Operation and
maintenance of security system database.
·
Issuing and
updating of passess, permits and other security related documentation.
·
Provide general
clerical and administrative support as required. This will include tasks such
as:
o Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
o Typing, formatting and filing documents such as
letters and reports, in line with CPS standards and requirements
o Covering reception duties - greeting and looking
after visitors
o Provide excellent customer service during any
customer contact.

Work to achieve
targets and objectives set by the Office Administration and Security Manager.
Qualifications, skills & experience:-
·
Good level IT
skills preferably with experience of Microsoft Office suite.
·
Experience of
working in a busy target driven office environment.
·
Should have
previous experience of working collaboratively within a team to achieve joint
goals and objectives.
