We are currently looking for a Security Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support for the Security Manager.




Responsibilities:

 

·         Working closely with the Security Manager to provide a secure operating environment.

·         Operation and maintenance of security system database.

·         Issuing and updating of passess, permits and other security related documentation.

·         Provide general clerical and administrative support as required. This will include tasks such as:

o    Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

o    Typing, formatting and filing documents such as letters and reports, in line with CPS standards and requirements

o    Covering reception duties - greeting and looking after visitors

o    Provide excellent customer service during any customer contact.

·         Work to achieve targets and objectives set by the Office Administration and Security Manager.

 

Qualifications, skills & experience:-

 

·         Good level IT skills preferably with experience of Microsoft Office suite.

·         Experience of working in a busy target driven office environment.

·         Should have previous experience of working collaboratively within a team to achieve joint goals and objectives.
