Site Senior Highway Engineer

Senior Highways engineer will be involved with.
The Senior Highway Engineer to support the Works being executed to the extent that shall be required to permit the Designer to sign the roads execution and post-execution certificates.

Responsibilities 
•    As a Senior Site Engineer will provide technical support and respond to design related Request for Information
•    Advise on selection of materials/proprietary products
•    Review of any NCRs arising in terms of impact on design, and assistance with identification and proposing remedial actions for closure, while signing-off on relevant NCRs that design requirements are not adversely impacted
•    Prepare and respond to minor site requested design change (limited to minor detailing that does not require redesigning) including review, and comment /endorsement of drawing Amendment Sheets/Field Change Requests where applicable.
•    Ensure that the works is being executed in accordance to contract specifications/documentation, as well as liaison with all discipline members on site.
•    Applying working knowledge and skill to focus on and meet Client’s needs.
•    Liaising with other project teams internally to insure consistency

Relationships 
•    The Senior Site Highway Engineer will work collaboratively with his colleagues internally to ensure that the Works are constructed in accordance with the Contract
•    The Senior Site Highways Engineer will liaise with and report to the Project Manager as appropriate
•    The Senior Site Highway Engineer will liaise directly with team members of other disciplines as appropriate
