What is NEOM THE LINE?
THE LINE: an exciting and visionary cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of north-western Saudi Arabia. The City will serve Neom Region: an area near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

The BIM Team on THE LINE will liaise with the wider Engineered Design Digital Team to access and review received data and models. for this 170km long, 500m wide mega infrastructure project. They ensure that all data is in accordance with the project's design standards and guidelines.
We are looking for candidates with BIM experience across a variety of seniority levels and specialisms to join our site team. Preferred candidates will have Tall Building project experience as well as prior experience working on project(s) based in the Middle East.

Engineer - BIM
- Prior hands on experience with BIM as well as Bentley, Revit, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, Navisworks, ProjectWise, AutoCAD and AutoDesk
- Ability to produce general arrangement drawings using Revit
- Good grasp of engineering principals and spatial coordination
- Exposure to building design processes
- Ability to interpret dry utilities networks including MV, LV, telecom, street lighting, ELV engineering requirements
BIM Manager - QA
- Prior demonstrable experience managing a team and engaging with stakeholders
- Demonstrate expertise in preparation of 3D BIM models and construction documents using Revit Architecture and Revit Structure
- Prior BIM experience with 3D rendering and visualisation, BOQ and cost estimation, analysis and simulations, specification linking, etc
- Manages a multifunctional design team as well as managing key stakeholder interfaces
- Establish project controls and reporting to ensure timely delivery of projects to time, cost and quality
BIM QA Senior Specialist
- Assist with the documentation and cross-platform management of Field Quality Observations (FQOs) comparing model routing to the built field conditions as well as other BIM activities that support the Quality and BIM teams
- Development of BIM Quality Control / Quality Assurance plans, procedures and workflows to ensure compliance with International BIM Standards (ISO 19650), to include BIM metadata requirements.
- Advanced experience with Autodesk's Navisworks Manage.
- Experience using BIM 360 and/or other construction documentation platforms.
